2. Independent Educational Platform

TaiyariBook is an independent, privately operated educational examination preparation platform. Explicit Declaration
Section 3

3. No Government Affiliation or Endorsement

Clear Absence of Official Status:

TaiyariBook is NOT a government website, department, ministry, or public entity.

TaiyariBook is NOT affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with:

  • The Government of India or any State or Union Territory Government;
  • Staff Selection Commission (SSC);
  • Union Public Service Commission (UPSC);
  • National Testing Agency (NTA);
  • Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB) or Indian Railways;
  • Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) or State Bank of India (SBI);
  • State Public Service Commissions (such as UPPSC, BPSC, MPPSC, RPSC, MPSC, etc.);
  • Any public recruiting authority, regulatory council, or university examination board.

Any trademark, logo, emblem, acronym, or official name referenced on the Platform belongs entirely to its respective statutory or administrative owner. References to official bodies are made strictly for nominative, factual, and identification purposes to inform candidates which examination is being discussed.

Section 4

4. Meaning of “Official” References in the Platform UI

Across the Platform interface, candidates may encounter descriptive phrasing such as:

“Official PYQ”“Official Answer Key”“Official Shift”“Official Cutoff Gazette”“Verified Official Source”
What This Terminology Means:

When such terminology appears, it refers strictly and exclusively to the historical source, provenance, or originating authority of the public document, question paper, or gazetted notification being cited.

What This Terminology DOES NOT Mean:

It does NOT mean that TaiyariBook is an official or authorized platform of that authority, nor that the conducting commission has reviewed, certified, or endorsed our digital presentation.

Section 5

5. Exam Notifications & Recruitment Information

Our Live Forms tracker, exam calendars, and recruitment cards provide information aggregated from publicly available circulars, official employment gazettes, and commission press releases.

Subject to Rapid Administrative Revisions:

Government commissions routinely issue corrigenda, date extensions, syllabus adjustments, revised vacancies, and cancellation notices. While our team works to update listings promptly, information displayed on TaiyariBook may occasionally be subject to publication delays or transmission discrepancies.

Section 6

6. Eligibility, Vacancies, Fees and Deadlines

Recruitment parameters displayed on the Platform — including age limits, educational qualifications, reservation policies, examination fee deadlines, and application closing times — are summaries compiled for candidate awareness.

Mandatory Aspirant Verification Requirement:

You must independently verify all critical details directly within the official notification brochure published on the commission’s primary portal before:

  • Filling out or submitting an online examination application form;
  • Paying an examination or processing fee to any government treasury or commission;
  • Relying on age or qualification eligibility thresholds;
  • Making travel, accommodation, or logistical arrangements for an exam date.

TaiyariBook accepts no responsibility for candidates missing application windows, paying incorrect fees, or suffering disqualification due to reliance on summarized portal data.

Section 7

7. Cutoff Data & Historical Benchmarks

Previous-year cutoffs presented in our interactive charts, tables, and gazette archives areindicative historical reference benchmarks only.

Why Historical Cutoffs Do Not Predict Future Cutoffs:

Actual qualifying and admission cutoffs for any upcoming or ongoing recruitment cycle fluctuate significantly based on independent, dynamic factors, including:

  • Total advertised vacancies and post-wise allocations;
  • Overall difficulty level across multiple examination shifts;
  • Official score normalization formulae adopted by the commission;
  • Total candidate turnout and aggregate test-taker performance;
  • Applicable reservation quotas, horizontal reservations, and commission policies.

Historical cutoffs should never be construed as a guarantee or binding prediction of the marks required to qualify in future examination stages.

Section 8

8. PYQs, Answer Keys and Historical Materials

Previous Year Questions (PYQs), shift papers, and answer keys are compiled from publicly released candidate response sheets, provisional answer keys, and final official answer keys issued by examination authorities.

Where commissions issue corrigenda, cancel specific questions, or adjust key evaluations following representation windows, discrepancies may occasionally occur during historical digitization. While our team investigates academic reports daily, candidates should refer to official commission final gazettes for ultimate dispute resolution.

Section 9

9. Mock Tests, Scores and Percentiles

All mock examinations, sectional tests, and daily quizzes hosted on TaiyariBook are practice tools modeled upon competitive examination patterns.

Crucial Understanding for Test-Takers:
  • Mock test percentiles reflect comparisons strictly against other TaiyariBook candidates.
  • Percentiles and marks on TaiyariBook do not represent an official All-India Rank (AIR).
  • Practicing on the Platform does not guarantee selection, interview shortlisting, or employment in any government department or university.
Section 10

10. Current Affairs & Educational Content

Daily current affairs, static GK summaries, formula sheets, and study notes are prepared by our academic team from reputable public news sources, official government press bureaus (such as PIB), and standard textbooks.

This content is intended solely for general academic preparation and awareness. It does not constitute legal, financial, administrative, or career counseling advice.

Section 11

11. External Government Portals

For aspirant convenience, the Platform provides direct hyperlinks to external websites operated by conducting bodies (such as ssc.gov.in, upsc.gov.in, nta.ac.in, etc.).

These external websites are operated independently by the respective government entities. TaiyariBook has no control over the availability, server uptime, speed, security, or contents of external portals.

TaiyariBook is not responsible for broken external links, gateway failures during government fee payments, or technical errors encountered on third-party application servers.

Section 12

12. AI-Assisted Backend Processing

TaiyariBook may use automated/AI-assisted tools in limited internal workflows, including extraction or structuring of information from published documents. Such processing does not replace human review, and users should verify consequential information against the original official source.

Accurate Technical Disclosures:

  • Internal Ingestion Only: Cloud vision APIs (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI) are used strictly on the server-side by administrators to transcribe published cutoff tables and circular screenshots into tabular data.
  • No Student PII Shared: No candidate personal data, names, emails, mock test responses, or scores are ever transmitted to external AI APIs.
  • Not an AI Chatbot Platform: TaiyariBook does not deploy dynamic AI tutors or autonomous chatbot generators for student answers; all questions, keys, and solutions are curated records stored in our database.
Section 13

13. Accuracy, Updates & Corrections

Despite rigorous academic review, inadvertent errors, typographical mistakes, or transcription inaccuracies may occasionally occur in question text, mathematical formulae, or cutoff values.

TaiyariBook maintains active internal review queues and continually updates content based on aspirant feedback and newly published commission gazettes. However, we do not represent that all content is free from human error.

Section 14

14. No Guarantee of Selection or Outcome

Success in competitive examinations depends on individual aptitude, consistent preparation, examination conditions, official evaluation standards, and recruitment vacancy dynamics.

TaiyariBook makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, that using the Platform, completing mock test series, reviewing PYQs, or studying our revision materials will result in passing an examination, obtaining a government job, or securing college admission.

Section 15
