10. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform contains a combination of proprietary original material created by TaiyariBook and publicly referenced examination materials:

TaiyariBook Proprietary Assets:

All brand identifiers, the “TaiyariBook” name, logo, graphic designs, software source code, user interface layouts, database structures, algorithmic workflows, original pedagogical explanations, formula sheets, static GK notes, and curated question tags are the intellectual property of TaiyariBook and its operators, protected under copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree not to copy, duplicate, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, or publicly display any proprietary element of the Platform without prior written authorization.

Section 11

11. Previous-Year Questions & Third-Party Materials

Certain examination materials and government information reproduced or referenced on the Platform originate from third parties or public authorities. TaiyariBook does not claim ownership of underlying third-party materials merely by displaying, organizing, or referencing them.

Public Provenance: Questions, provisional and final answer keys, syllabus frameworks, and notification brochures originally formulated by public examination bodies (such as SSC, UPSC, NTA, RRB, IBPS, and State PSCs) are referenced and curated for fair educational preparation and revision.

TaiyariBook Value-Add: TaiyariBook retains all rights in its original step-by-step mathematical and logical solutions, pedagogical explanations, mnemonic devices, digital typesetting, taxonomical tagging, difficulty classifications, and structural database compilation.

Section 12

12. User Feedback, Reports & Submissions

Candidates may submit question discrepancy reports, typo corrections, support inquiries, and personal notes on bookmarked items. Users do not have access to post public forum comments, community threads, or upload unsolicited files.

Feedback License:

When you submit feedback, suggestions, or question error reports to TaiyariBook, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable permission to use, evaluate, incorporate, and display such corrections to rectify academic errors and improve the quality of the Platform for all aspirants, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that your submissions do not violate any third-party intellectual property or confidentiality obligations.

Section 13

13. Third-Party Services & External Links

The Platform integrates essential infrastructure providers (such as Supabase for database management and Vercel for web hosting and CDN routing) and optional Google OAuth for authentication.

Additionally, our Live Forms and exam hub sections provide convenient hyperlinks to external official government portals (e.g. commission recruitment websites) and social media channels (YouTube, Instagram).

Independent Operations: External portals are operated by third parties outside of our control. TaiyariBook does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the content, uptime, availability, or security of external websites.

Candidate Due Diligence: When clicking external recruitment links, you are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those respective third-party websites. Candidates are responsible for completing applications, checking fee transactions, and uploading documents directly on the designated official portals.

Section 14

14. Accuracy, Availability & Service Changes

While our academic editorial team strives for high precision, competitive examination schedules, official notifications, vacancy counts, corrigenda, and cutoffs are subject to frequent changes by conducting commissions.

TaiyariBook does not warrant that all recruitment notices, dates, or question keys are error-free, exhaustive, or instantaneously synchronized with government releases. The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Service disruptions may occasionally occur due to scheduled maintenance, cloud infrastructure updates, or network routing conditions. We reserve the right to modify or temporarily withdraw features without liability.

Section 15

15. Mock Tests, Scores & Performance Metrics

Our CBT mock examinations, sectional tests, and topic drills simulate real examination patterns (timers, marking schemes, question navigation palettes) to facilitate focused practice.

Indicative Nature of Analytics:

  • Comparative Peer Metrics: Percentile calculations and comparative ranks generated on your dashboard are calculated solely against fellow TaiyariBook test-takers who attempted that specific test.
  • No Official Government Standing: TaiyariBook scores and percentiles do not represent, simulate, or guarantee an official All-India Rank (AIR) in any real government examination.
  • No Guarantee of Selection: High performance on TaiyariBook mock examinations does not assure qualification, selection, job appointment, or passing in the actual examination administered by the conducting authority.
Section 16

16. Account Suspension & Termination

Subject to applicable law, TaiyariBook reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Platform where reasonably necessary to address:

  • Material or repeated violations of these Terms (including scraping, unauthorized extraction, or cheating).
  • Security threats, vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized attempts to access restricted endpoints.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior that endangers the Platform or other aspirants.
  • Binding orders or instructions from competent legal or judicial authorities in India.

Where practical and legally permissible, we endeavor to notify users of account restrictions. You may contact our support desk at support@taiyaribook.in to request review of any administrative suspension.

Section 17

17. Account Deletion Requests

We respect candidate privacy and your statutory right to data erasure.

Current Account Deletion Procedure:

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting support@taiyaribook.in from their registered email address, subject to applicable law, legitimate retention requirements, and the Privacy Policy.

Upon account deletion, your profile, completed mock attempts, answers, bookmarks, and revision histories are purged (ON DELETE CASCADE) in accordance with our documented database schema, while submitted question error reports have personal links uncoupled.

Section 18

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

Subject to applicable law:

The Platform, including all content, mock examinations, question papers, cutoffs, and educational materials, is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

TaiyariBook expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular academic or commercial purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that mock test questions will appear on actual examination papers, that calculated scores represent actual examination rankings, or that the service will meet your specific academic expectations.

Section 19

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law:

In no event shall TaiyariBook, its operators, staff, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or inability to access the Platform.

This includes, without limitation, damages for missed application deadlines, examination failures, non-qualification, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reliance placed upon examination dates, cutoffs, or provisional answer keys displayed on the Platform.

Because the Platform is currently provided free of charge, our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TaiyariBook (if any) in the preceding twelve (12) months, or INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred), whichever is lower, subject to mandatory statutory limits under applicable law.

Section 20

20. Indemnification

Subject to applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TaiyariBook, its operators, and contributors from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or reasonably related to:

  • Your willful violation of these Terms or prohibited conduct outlined in Section 9.
  • Your unauthorized extraction, scraping, or commercial dissemination of Platform materials.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
Section 21

21. Changes to These Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time to reflect platform enhancements, educational feature additions, statutory updates, or security requirements.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms will be revised accordingly. For material changes affecting user rights or account obligations, we will provide noticeable notice on the Platform or via your registered email.

Your continued use of TaiyariBook following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 22

22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction Clause:
